Your uploaded images are used only to generate the requested face-swap output. We do not reuse, analyze, train AI models, or store your photos beyond the processing period.

All uploaded files are kept only for the minimal time required to process your request. Once the output is generated, your files are deleted automatically. We do not maintain long-term backups of user-uploaded photos.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Limited information may be shared with third-party service providers such as cloud hosting, analytics, or advertising partners—solely to operate the app securely and efficiently. All partners follow standard data protection regulations (GDPR / CCPA where applicable).

5. Content Policy & User Safety

FaceGenix: AI Face Swap is intended for fun, creative, and respectful use. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or sharing any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content
• Images involving minors in unsafe or suggestive situations
• Non-consensual deepfakes or impersonations
• Harassment, hateful, abusive, or violent material
• Copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Any content that violates local or international laws

We may block, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the service.

6. Ownership & User Responsibility

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary, limited permission to process them solely for generating your face-swap result. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permission to use any image you submit.

7. Children’s Privacy

FaceGenix: AI Face Swap is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for misuse, user-generated content, or damages arising from how users choose to apply the face-swap results.
